They have irreplaceable skills and specialist knowledge on products or services unique to the business and are responsible for the growth of the business.
The Keyman Insurance is aimed at protecting institutions from losses that maybe incurred when the key person of an organization dies or become disabled. Keyman Insurance may also be necessary when accessing loan capital for business expansion and development projects.
It is normally a 12-month renewable contract which provides 24-hour worldwide cover.
